シェムリアップ(SiemReap)/アンコールワット(Angkor Wat)2017.Jan.15
The 3rd day in SiemReap, I decided to go to Tonle Sap lake. I wondered to go there because my friend said that the lake wasn’t so fun and just dirty, odor. I had much time as I had already gone around Anchor legacy, I booked driver taking me to the lake at the hotel before the last night.
The return fee was 20$ by car, and 15$ by tuktuk, I chose car. There are three tour destination. I was recommended the tour that I can see residents who live on the lake. I don’t know other tour well and that’s main tour, so I chose that.
I left the hotel at 8am, it took nearly an hour to get to the lake. I bought boat ticket whose price was 20$. These boat take us to the lake and explain many things. Passenger was only me. Tour boats are ready each person or groups. I saw many houses and facilities. They are high level and have long ladders. January is dry season, so I can’ t see houses on the lake.
So, beginning is not like lake just river. Forwarded river, there is restaurant on the lake and I switched small boat which old woman are rowing. I paid 10$ to her. Old woman rowed boat in the jungle. for just about 10-20 minutes. That was boring.
Backed to motor boat, the driver took me lake. It was so huge. The lake is biggest lake in the south east Asia.
The driver took picture of me. He was very kind all time. But I thought there no seeing area, so I ordered him to back the parking. During backing, he took some pictures of me. I paid small tip.
I got to the hotel before 12am, I went to vegetarian restaurant which has good criteria by TripAdvisor. The taste was so good.
After the lunch, I went to Pub Street to drink beer and chill out. I have much time but don’t have any plan, so I decided to see sunset at Anchor Wat. But It started raining. I asked hotel clerk to arrange tuktuk, he said that I can’t see sunset by cloud. I gave up seeing sunset and I chilled out to drink beer this day too.
